We operate a streamlined, time-bound process. To maintain agreed timelines, clients must provide feedback, approvals, and required materials within the agreed timeframes. Delays in client response may result in timeline extensions or rescheduling.
4. Revisions
Unless otherwise stated in writing, projects include a limited number of revision rounds. Revisions are defined as minor refinements to approved concepts and do not include changes to project direction, new concepts, or scope expansion.
Requests outside the agreed scope or revision allowance may incur additional fees and timeline adjustments.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the delivery of services. OnBrief is not responsible for delays, errors, or outcomes impacted by incomplete or late client-supplied content, approvals, or feedback.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including concepts, designs, strategies, and documentation, remains the property of OnBrief until full payment of all invoices has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Final approved and paid deliverables may be used by the client for their intended purpose. OnBrief retains the right to display completed work for portfolio, promotional, and award submission purposes unless otherwise agreed.
7. Fonts and Third-Party Assets
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, OnBrief uses open-source or freely available fonts in project deliverables. Responsibility for licensing any paid fonts, stock imagery, or third-party assets requested by the client rests with the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or tools. These are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party services.
9. Limitation of Liability
